빛고을전남대학교병원 류마티스내과 김태종 교수가 대한류마티스학회 제41차 학술대회 및 제15차 국제심포지엄(이하 ‘KCR 2021’)에서 ‘최우수논문상’을 수상하였으며, 같은 소속 박동진 교수와 강지현 교수는 International Scholarship Award를 수상했다.
심포지엄은 지난 10월 21~23일 사흘간 서울드레곤시티호텔에서 온ㆍ오프라인으로 개최됐으며, 총700여명이 참여했다.
김태종 교수는 대한류마티스학회에서 발간하는 학술지 ‘Journal of Rheumic Diseases’ 에 ‘MicroRNA-10b Plays a Role in Bone Formation by Suppressing Interleukin-22 in Ankylosing Spondylitis’라는 논문을 발표했다.
박동진 교수는 “ A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial of ramosetron, a 5-hydroxytryptamine 3 receptor antagonist for treating refractory fibromyalgia” 와 “Comparison Between Non-TNF-targeted Treatment and Use of a Second Anti-TNF Inhibitor for Rheumatoid Arthritis Patients Showing an Insufficient Response to the First Anti-TNF Inhibitor” 구연 발표하였고,
강지현 교수는 “ Achieving LLDAS-50 is associated with less organ damage and better quality of life during 5-year follow-up in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus” 와 “ Clinical significance of frailty to cumulative organ damage and quality of life in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus: A 5-year longitudinal cohort study” 을 구연 발표하였으며,
학회에 발표된 연구 중 우수한 연구성과로 선정되어 수상하게 되었다.
